Why Shinrin-Yoku?

Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a mindful practice from Japan that invites you to be fully present outdoors. Research shows that spending attentive time in nature helps to:

  • Reduce stress and calm the nervous system

  • Support emotional balance and mental clarity

  • Enhance overall well-being

CalmWalk integrates mindful walking, nature connection, and gentle yoga to bring this calm presence into your everyday life.

Mindful nature walks with gentle yoga

CalmWalk sessions are guided experiences in nature. Each session lasts about 2–3 hours and is accessible to all levels.

In a session you may:

  • Walk slowly and mindfully through the trees

  • Practice gentle breathing and awareness exercises

  • Move softly with simple outdoor yoga

  • Spend quiet moments in stillness and reflection

There is nothing to achieve — only mindful attention to nature
