CalmWalk™ by Tücsi Yoga
Shinrin-Yoku & Yoga in Mastbos, Breda
Move. Breathe. Reconnect.
CalmWalk is a mindful walking practice inspired by Japanese Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) — a way of being in nature with attention, breath, and openness.
It is offered in Mastbos, Breda, in The Netherlands (Holland), with occasional special CalmWalk events at other natural locations across the country.
Why Shinrin-Yoku?
Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a mindful practice from Japan that invites you to be fully present outdoors. Research shows that spending attentive time in nature helps to:
Reduce stress and calm the nervous system
Support emotional balance and mental clarity
Enhance overall well-being
CalmWalk integrates mindful walking, nature connection, and gentle yoga to bring this calm presence into your everyday life.
Mindful nature walks with gentle yoga
