I am Tücsi, and with heartfelt appreciation, I invite you to explore CalmWalk, a 10 week online and in-person Shinrin-Yoku and Yoga course.

CalmWalk Course – 10 Weeks

For those who wish to deepen this way of being, the 10-week CalmWalk Course offers continuity, integration, and reflection.

In ten weeks, you’ll:

  • Attend weekly guided Shinrin-Yoku and mindful walking sessions, in-person or online

  • Practice gentle outdoor yoga in nature

  • Receive guidance to help bring mindful living into your daily life

  • Learn in a supportive environment designed for lasting, gentle change rather than quick results

Please note: Payment for the course is handled through Squarespace. After purchase, all participants must register in Momoyoga to schedule and join their sessions.
