As you close your practice or take rest at the end of the day, I invite you to experience a brief Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep. Lie comfortably, eyes closed, and follow my guidance as we move awareness through the body. Release tension and quiet the mind. In these few minutes, embrace stillness, find peace, and carry this calm with you.
Emotional Release (Spoken in English)
This meditation, gives "insight" or "clear seeing". Originating from ancient India, it is a mindfulness practice aimed at observing the breath and heightening awareness of thoughts and emotions. This technique, helps develop mindfulness by paying attention to the sensations of the breath as it flows in and out of the body.
